We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find all relevant information regarding our shipping and delivery policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Delivery Time

Following dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 1–7 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that deliveries may take longer during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs clearance procedures.

3. Shipping Method and Origin

To reduce waste and minimise CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer where required by local regulations.

We work with trusted international shipping partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

The final shipping fee depends on the destination, parcel weight and selected shipping method.

5. Tracking Your Order – Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided with their order.

Please use the tracking link included in your dispatch confirmation email to follow your shipment.

It is also the customer's responsibility to monitor whether the parcel will be delivered directly to their address or made available at a local collection point, and to collect it within the required timeframe where applicable.

If your delivery takes longer than expected or you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us first at info@roseworthlondon.com before initiating a chargeback or refund request.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Where the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Any errors in the delivery address must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting info@roseworthlondon.com.
