Roseworth London is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce & Customer Experience Assistant to support our growing online store. In this role, you'll help ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers while supporting our day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via email in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist customers with questions about products, sizing, orders, deliveries and returns.

Monitor and process customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment.

Help update product information, images and descriptions on our website.

Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce or online retail is preferred.

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.

A genuine interest in fashion and online shopping.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with standard computer applications and willing to learn new systems.
