E-commerce & Customer Experience Assistant

Roseworth London is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce & Customer Experience Assistant to support our growing online store. In this role, you'll help ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers while supporting our day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Assist customers with questions about products, sizing, orders, deliveries and returns.

  • Monitor and process customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment.

  • Help update product information, images and descriptions on our website.

  • Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce or online retail is preferred.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.

  • A genuine interest in fashion and online shopping.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient with standard computer applications and willing to learn new systems.
