Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

4. Processing and Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China, and customs duties or import charges may apply where required.

All delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by high demand, public holidays, transport providers or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim a refund.
5. Returns and Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered into processing.
A refund request or chargeback may not be initiated before the order has been delivered and received.
6. Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage where the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Our liability is limited in all circumstances to the purchase price of the relevant product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate.

8. Complaints Procedure

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
Where a complaint relates to the size, fit, quality or condition of an item, please include clear photographs together with a detailed description of the issue.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Roseworth London is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
